jealousy sucks, I hear you. I have dealt with the same issues. It has to do with being insecure about one's self. Since you cant control other people's actions, you have to focus on those whom you do have control over, namely, you. Basically, as tough sounding as it is, you can sit around and watch others succeed and hate them for it, or you can get motivated and change your life in the way you want it to be. You are not powerless, you can accomplish your goals, you can have what they have, or at least, have something that is right for you to have even if its not exactly the same. It is much easier for us to look at the lives of others and get jealous than it is for us to look at our own lives and make changes to them. but in the end, it is the ONLY thing you can do if you want to stop feeling so jealous.

Briefs to small?

Okay, I have recently bought a package of briefs because I wanted to try wearing them again after a few years. The size I bought was size small. Are briefs supose to fit really snug including tighter near the "package" where there isn't any sagging in that area of the underwear. I had bought a package of medium and they seem to fit better but look really saggy on me and are in the "package" area. Problem with 89 Olds quad 4, d code engine.?

On this quad four engine I have a problem with the idle wanting to flood out after sitting for a bit. Ever since I can remember I've been afraid of the dark. My mother was a stay at home mom so I was never home alone, and she has always been very precautions. She always made sure to lock up the house a million different ways and no doors were ever unlocked. She always told me to keep the windows covered at night because people want what they see, and she would always tell me about how I should be extra careful. So when I got to be 11, 12, 13, my mom started leaving me home alone a little bit. And at first it was cool, freedom ect., but after a bit, idk exactly when it started happening or why I began to get really anxious. I have always slept with the door open and with the light in the hallway on, and when I was about 12 when I got my first tv in my room, I started watching tv and falling asleep with it on, then eventually I had to sleep with the hall light on, my room light on, and the tv and fan on to get to sleep, plus I had to sleep farthest away from the door, not face the door, and have my feet and my neck at least covered with a blanket. At one point it became to stressful and I began to sleep with my mother in her room. After a year I got up enough courage to face my fears and pretend that nothing was wrong. I still had to sleep with the hall light and the tv on, and i needed my feet at neck covered, sleeping farthest from the door. But eventually I concurred my fears enough so I wouldn't be terrified. The past year it has heightened again, but now it's a bit different. I work graveyard at a Denny's so when I come home and leave home it's really dark. I live at an end of a street and my backyard is against an open field. I live in suburban california. So I get really paranoid that someone is going to jump out and get me at night, I have pepper spray, but sometimes I have to force myself to get out of the car and open my garage. I'm afraid of exiting rooms at night when I have to turn off the lights and when I'm home alone I have to turn on all the lights in the house and all the tv's. Lately when I wake up and my mom's not home cause she's working, it'll be like 10am, I'll get so paranoid that someone's in the house I have to get in my car and leave. My fears seemed to be more heightened in my own house then in other's. I'm 18 now, my boyfriend sometimes spends the night and I can fall asleep easily-er, but my tv has to be on and the door can be closed. No matter what all the doors in the hallway have to be closed and my closet door has to be closed all the way too. If I wake up in the middle of the night(my tv has a timer so it turns off when I set it to) and it's dark I won't be able to get back to sleep - my remote can't turn on the tv, so I have to get up and do it myself - so I cover my entire body with my blanket and I become stone still, I have to force myself after about an hour to get up and turn on the tv. I'm tired of being so scared of the dark and being alone, I'm tired of being scared that in the corner of my eye their is someone watching me, and I'm tired of always having to watch my back when I'm in my own home. I KNOW that their is no one their and I am safe, but I just can't get over this fear. I'm not sure what to do.

Should I take my baby to the doctor?

Okay so Sunday night my baby woke up every 2-3 hours when usually he either sleeps through the night or wakes up only once. So I gave him tylenol he calmed down I nursed him to sleep he slept through the night. The next morning I called the doctor and they said they didnt need to see him because he slept through the night. They said bring him in if he has a fever 3 days in a row. So then last night same thing happened he is screaming 101 temp i gave him tylenol he only woke up once last night. He does not run a fever during the day. I think it is an ear infection and hate to wait until he has another night like the last 2. Plus he may have had a fever the other two nights. He is 5 months old tomorrow. The nurse acted like nothing was wrong but I know my baby and this is not normal. I read that ear infections can go away on their own. Should I wait for that? Is it dangerous if he has an untreated ear infection bc I think he has one.

I'm not sure what's goon on, I'm 12 days late for my period and for the past week I've been crampon like crazy. No sign that my periods comin. I think I could be pregnant, but me and my boyfriend always use condoms, yet I kno theyre not 100% effective. Also I feel so tired lately, more discharge than normal, ive been super moody, the main thing are these cramps. They're pretty intense and mainly at night and in the early morning. I think I ov AROUND AUGUST 2 had up. on that day!!! my period is a 33 day cycle for the month of July i started on the 14th and lasted about a week (5-6days)....heavy flow!!! well so i was expecting to start my period on the 16th of this month. i'm never early and i'm always a day or two later than the previous month! i started bleeding really light blood( light pink) on sunday the 12th(4 days b4 AF) then as the night went on the flow got a little bit more red like bright red but still different from AF like there was a lot of Cm with the blood which gave it a clearish red color! on day two the flow got heavier almost like a AF but not as heavy and not as much blood still bright red....with clots in it. enough for a liner not that much blood for a pad. even tried a tampon but not evnough blood was uncomfortable. today(day 3) there is no more flow , ust when i wipe it is the pink color again! my period is usually heavy and lasts almost aweek! could this be implatation bleeding

This is obviously the beginning of something (or at least it has all the ingredients to be continued into a good story). Someone said that the character's tone changes through the story; I haven't noticed it. I think your thief is intelligent and ironic and the fact that he seems poetic at the beginning is just an appeareance. This reminded me a little of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, I don't know why, but this is the way I see it, full of funny intelligent comments and whimsy humour. Just think of a decent plot, keep the style and you might get something really good. I don't know, maybe he'll folow the woman and get into trouble? Remember that in a good story, every detail should matter; I mean, if you introduce a character, like you did with the 'harlot', you should have a reason for doing it.

Problem! Which Nose Piercing Jewelry?

I've had my nose pierced for a little over two years now and I've yet to find a comfortable stud. When I was first pierced, my piercer put in a bone. Two weeks later I read online that bones have to sometimes be surgically removed in the case of the hole closing too tight around the ball at the end that keeps it from falling out. I took the bone out and replaced it with a "L" shaped stud. I became very frustrated with the "L" stud because it was always falling out and also I was constantly having to turn it back in place so the "L" was poking out of my nostril all the time (looked like a was picking my nose!). When my piercing was 6 months old and healed properly, I went to a different piercer, told him about my problems with the jewelry and asked if there was a different kind I could try. He gave me a screw (which looked pretty intimidating), but I bought it and after an hour I finally got it in. Same problem. The screw doesn't fall out, but it doesn't stay in place either. I'm constantly turning it so the jewelry isn't poking out. Does anyone else have the same problems and/or a solution? I really don't want a ring, I'd like to stick with studs, but I'm so sick of looking like a have a metal booger poking out of my nose!

Missed miscarriage...................…

My first miscarriage was really hard being that I wasn't far from the second trimester. The baby was due 9-17-09 and I had a d&c on 3-17-09. Theres nothing any one can say or do that will make you feel better. As time goes on it will get better. I wrote a poem and grew a rose bush in memory of my baby. Now my Second miscarriage was a little easier because I found out I was pregnant on 1-10-10 and miscarried on 1-17-10 naturally . I'll never forget I went to the Dr. that Thursday and when I left I started spotting which lead up to heavy bleeding that weekend. you wanna hear the funny part about that ...That baby was due 9-21-10 and my son's birthday is 9-2-06. Fertile in Dec. I just look at it as my son wasn't suppose to share his birthday with anyone else because how I was fertile in Dec. this baby is due on Christmas day. What a blessing right. Just hold on have faith and your time will come. Pray on it and just remember that EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON AND GOD WILL ONLY GIVE YOU WHAT YOU CAN HANDLE!

Replaced both elements, thermostat, pop-off valve, drained my tank and still no HOT WATER..what Next?

If power to the heater was turned back on before it was filled with water than the elements will be burned out. They have to be immersed in water before they are energized. Is it cold water coming out of the hot water spigots or no water?. If it's only cold water coming out the hot side, than it can only be 1 0f 4 things. The elements are bad, The lower thermostat is bad, The upper thermostat is bad, or there is no electricity coming to the heater. If your tank is not leaking, I would not buy a new one because the cost of a new one is considerably higher than all the parts that could be bad cost total. If there is no water coming out of the hot water side than it may be a valve thats been cut off in-line that wasn't turned back on. I've never heard of scale building up so much that no water at all will come through. I've also never heard of blowing out or flushing out water lines because of lime.

I have a 16 GB miniSD card on my LG octane. All my music is on the card, not on the phone's memory. I am desperately trying to play Sims 3 on my HP notebook with 2gb RAM. It runs without crashing or anything on the lowest settings, but it's so freaking slow. Unbearably slow. I have a Boston terrier and have always had bostons. They are very protective, loyal and shed very little. They require very little grooming. They are high energy dogs and will require daily exercise. They also have large bulging eyes that need to be protected from cats etc. If you live in an area w/ extreme heat they need to be kept indoors because of their flat noses. I love my boston :) I also have a dachsund and he is pretty good too. Some have problems with their backs though. He is also bad about going potty in the house.

Windows explorer crashes when I enter a folder with an AVI file only if it's in the preview pane not whe it's just file details, or when i highlight, or click the avi file. This only happens with avi's and not with other media files. My town has a problem, gangs of kids on bikes (most of them 13-17) started terrorizing the streets. What they do is they surround your car, force you out, bit you up and rob you. Naturopaths, HELP, I can't turn my brain off, please read :q?

I have been on anti depressants for many years because I couldn't turn my brain off, but I don't need them anymore. I am no working full time, my kids are grown and gone and essentially my stress level is nill. But I get into emotional trauma and huge abandonment issues and my brain just won't let my body sleep. I don't know what supplements to take as when I was on anti-depressants, I couldn't take anything natural with them, I really don't think I am depressed, but my family has been very mean to me and when they upset me, I seem to go into this " I can't sleep stage". It's hard to really get the perspective from your photo(even though it's really good, clear and close up), but I'd say he could have an abscess cooking from the toe problem or he could just have a high nail that is pinching him and causing him intermittent pain and the stumbling you described. He might also be a thin-soled horse who just became tender after his last shoeing - especially on the toe, because it's exposed the way it is and also looks like it may be a bit on the short side so that he's standing a bit upright. That could explain why he gets temporarily sounder after being locked up and then lame again after the concussion from moving around outside, and could also explain the stumbling. The shoer may have to clean it out again and repair that area with epoxy to keep dirt and debris from getting in it and also to relieve the pressure on it. It's good that you have the vet coming as he/she can put testers on him and identify exactly where the pain is coming from. Good luck and let us know what it turns out to be ok?

Nervous about an open bar at wedding?

Rate me fantasy football team?

You have a fairly good QB in Carson Palmer, he has great receivers (Johnson, Housmanzadeh and Henry, although he's suspended for nine games) and should have another excellent year. Your strength is clearly RB. Tomlinson is well, no explanation needed. Clinton Portis is a question mark, but could without a doubt have a great year. Your wide receivers aren't fantastic. Braylon Edwards is a great player, but he plays on a god awful team. Look for Brady Quinn to take the starters role a little bit before half way through the season, thus making this more of a learning/developing year for Quinn and the Browns. That really limits the production of Edwards. Devin Hester is a speedy guy, but he's currently the fourth WR on his team, personally I have faith in him, and believe that he has the ability to tear it up on offense just like he did on special teams, but at the start of the season he'll be getting limited minutes. Also he recently injured his shoulder, and it's unclear how severe the injury is. He could be a bust, don't rely too heavily on him. Vernon Davis really is a strong TE, and a solid pick. He should put up good numbers this year. Jeff Wilkins wouldn't be my top choice, but he's a semi-reliable kicker. Shaun Merriman, wow, the guy is just incredible, even though he missed 4 games last year due to "substance abuse", he still lead the league in many defensive categories. Overall, your team is decent, your biggest weakness is at WR, i would suggest trying to trade Tatum Bell and Drew Bennett (Who won't have a great season as he also has Torry Holt and Isaac Bruce on his team) for a better WR.

25 year old male- For a bit over 24 hours now it feels like someone kicked me in the stomach almost. And theres a lot of pressure in my bladder it seems. It feels constantly like I have to pee even when I don't. It doesn't hurt when I pee though and I heard that was another symptom of it. It hurts when I breathe in and out and I could barely sleep last night, it was horrible. I tried pepto in case it was just my stomach and it didn't help at all. What do I do? I've heard cranberry juice helps urinary tract infections? Any other advice in case thats what it is? I just lost my job and don't have insurance either so going to a doctor isn't happening. My 2005 nissan frontier pickups left turn signal doesnt work and only headlights high beam works.?
