If I increase the size of my virtual memory, will it help with my graphics card memory?
I am desperately trying to play Sims 3 on my HP notebook with 2gb RAM. It runs without crashing or anything on the lowest settings, but it's so freaking slow. Unbearably slow. My graphics card doesn't meet the minimum requirements memory-wise, so I was wondering if I changed the virtual memory or whatever, would it have any positive impact in regards to my graphics card, in turn making it at least bearable to play Sims 3? I know you can't replace graphic cards in notebooks, and I simply cannot afford a new computer at the moment. Or would it even suffice if I bought some extra RAM? Would that help the graphics card, or am I S.O.L.? Please help! Thank you
