My consent decree says I claim both my children EVERY year but my child support worksheet says something else?

On my consent decree under tax exemption it is marked I claim both my children every year, this was signed by my ex husband and I, notarized and also signed by the judge. My child support worksheet says I claim one child and my ex claims the other every year this was signed by the judge but neither I nor my ex signed this one. I am confused. Do I claim both?
