95 Cavileir blinkers stop working?

I have changed the fuse and it has not fixed it.The emergency blinkers still work.first they would still come on but not blink.Then they went out all together.I have been told there is another fuse somewhere in the dash burt can not find a manual for this .Pleases help with any kind of info you have. thank you
