If the swine flu comes back will it most likely be equally, more or less dangerous then the 1918 flu?

Will it like kill people in mes and mutate to resist all medications or will it just be like the first wave? Im still scared of it and everyone has seem to forgotten about it. I know you cant be sure but what to people predict?
