I don't know if I'm necessarily addicted, but I love frappucinos and other iced coffee drinks, mocha,caramel, mint java, whatever...I usually have one a day during the morning hours. Sometimes I'll go a day without one. I'm not overweight,even though I want to lose a little bit. I exercise often and other than the coffee and a lil chocolate sometimes, I eat fairly healthy....Btw,some of those coffee drinks have less than 350 calories.
