What are the statute of limitations on statutory in Kentucky?

I got pregnant was I was 15 and had a baby when I was 15. I am now 26 years old, and by the way I am a resident of Kentucky. My daughter is now 10 and I am going through child support to get a DNA test from the alleged father. My case was closed when she was around 2 because they couldn't locate him. Well, with technology today, I have taken it upon myself to locate him and give them the information I find. I was 15 and he was 27, will charges be pressed by the state for statutory or since it has been 10 years will it be overseen. I need an answer or advice soon- my appointment is in 2 days. Thanks.
