I have reason to believe that entries in a TR1 property transfer form may have been altered?

Is it possible to apply for a copy of the TR1 form that was sent for registration by my ex's solicitor to check that they did not make any unauthorised alterations after I had signed and sent them the doent? Who do I apply for a copy to?
