No audio on Laptop! I had Win XP, caught a virus, cleared laptop and installed Fedora. I had audio with both?

operating systems. I recently cleared the laptop again and installed Win 7. Now I don't have audio and the system is showing an icon in the bottom taskbar stating "No audio output device is installed". I'm thinking I need to download audio drivers but not sure which ones. Thanks.
