Good teen books to read?

Try the Vampire Diaries series; Uglies series by Scott Westerfield; The Society of S by I'm not sure who; and The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Also the Percy Jackson series is awesome. Blue bloods series is good, but you have to read them in order. The Bartimaeus Trilogy is awesome. So is the Gregor the overlander series. I would have recommended Twilight if you hadn't said not to. I was surprised that I liked it when I had to read it for school because of all of the hype it is getting, but the series is surprisingly good. I agree with you about the Artemis Fowl series. I love those books.
