Ark Of The Covenenant - where is it?

Church of St. Mary Zion in the small town of Aksum, (also known as axum) in Ethiopia, is supposed to be its current location - but if this is so then why are their no photographs of the ark on their 'holiday destination/pilgramage - and why won't they open up a webpage as opposed to just claiming to have the ark, traditionally in the bible the ark was in the care of the PRIESTS if the LEVITES - who did take wives but only if they were a virgin, and of their own people. SO where is the ark -I for one would like to know its destination - wouldn't you??? Also are these people at St,Mary's - LEVITES from the tribe of levi?????
